its Storm Recovery and Stabilization Charge.
In 2013, when the
new regulatory framework was executed, it included a mechanism for GBPC

Rotary Disaster Committee Chairperson, James Sarles
discusses the vital role the Rotary Clubs on Grand Bahama played in the
relief efforts post Hurricane Dorian with Focus Forward talk show hosts,
Glendia Sweeting and Alex Thompson. Rotary was the only producer of
