Police on the Island of Bimini, acting on information, are now in possession of a quantity of dangerous drugs that was found.

Reports are, that shortly after 10:00am, on Wednesday 21st February 2018, officers acting on information, went to an area on Alice Town, South Bimini where the discovery of a quantity of suspected marijuana was handed over to them. The suspected marijuana weight, is 2 pounds 4 ounces, with a street value of $2,300.00 two thousand three hundred dollars. No arrest was made in this matter...

Reports are that on Sunday 11th February 2018, shortly after 6:00pm, police received information of the discovery of a suspicious package along the beach area on Crossing Rock, Abaco. Officers responded and discovered (5) packages weighing (8) pounds of suspected hash oil and valued at $16,000. No arrest was made in this matter and police are investigating...

Mudd resident arraigned on arson charges in Abaco - Jan 31, 2018 - 7:00:19 PM

Albury Alfred age 42 years of the Mudd, was arraigned on Wednesday 31st January 2018, before Magistrate Ancella Evans at the Magistrate Court in Marsh Harbor, Abaco, on (10) ten counts of Arson. He was not required to enter a plea and the matter was adjourned to the 15th March 2018 for trial.

This is in connection to the incident reported to police on Sunday 28th January 2018 in Marsh Harbor, Abaco.

RBPF: Second body recovered in Bimini waters on Sunday - Jan 22, 2018 - 10:18:14 AM

Reports are that on Sunday 21st January 2018 shortly after 4:00pm, police received information that the body of a black male was seen floating some 50ft off shore in an area near Bailey Town. The body was recovered and was identified as the other missing male, who was reported missing and last seen sitting in a small boat anchored at the rear of a business establishment on Wednesday 17th January 2018. 

The lifeless body of the other male was recovered on Thursday 18th January 2018. An autopsy will be performed to determine the exact cause of death...
