Freeport, Grand Bahama Island - The news of the Grand Bahama Performing Art's Society's Alan Doyle March 24th concert at the Regency theater in Freeport has generated such excitement that Sunwing has created economical three and seven day travel packages to Grand Bahama from Toronto and Ottawa. Canadian singer, actor, producer, best-selling author, and best known as lead singer for Newfoundland’s Great Big Sea Band, Alan Doyle will perform a one night only show, March 24th at the Regency Theatre on Grand Bahama Island with The Beautiful Gypsies Trio. Tickets are $35 USD each and can be purchased in Grand Bahama at Mackey Media Ltd across from Memories Grand Bahama Beach & Casino Resort Casino or at the Seventeen Shop downtown Freeport. Advance ticket purchases can also be made through PayPal by emailing gbperform@gmail.com (a $5 processing fee will be applied). The concert has been made possible through the generosity of Brendan Paddick and Renee Vedd-Paddick who made the arrangements and donated the costs to bring Alan Doyle and The Beautiful Gypsies performance to Grand Bahama for the many beneficiaries of the Society. The Grand Bahama Performing Arts Society exists to provide opportunities and scholarships for performing arts schools and students on Grand Bahama.
