Meet the Crazy Love cast again this weekend for a three-night encore performance at the St. John’s College Auditorium.

NASSAU, Bahamas – As if the first time wasn’t crazy enough, Out of the Ashes Entertainment is rewinding the script and bringing Crazy Love back to Nassau this weekend.

So if you missed it the first time around, the Crazy crew returns to Nassau on Friday, at the St. John’s College Auditorium.

This fresh, lighthearted, belly hugging, hard hitting modern-day play, written and
produced by Gea Pierre, has lived out seven sold-out shows in Grand Bahama and
three in New Providence since hitting the stage in February and is set to bring down
the house again on June 17th, 18th and 19th.

The play is directed by legendary thespian Patrice Johnson alongside Remardo
Russell, who wears two hats, as co-producer and actor.

The indubitably talented Crazy Love cast and crew have performed their way to a
nomination for a 2016 Bahamian Icon Award for Best Live Ensemble. Johnson is alsoa 2016 Bahamian Icon Award nominee for Entertainment for her role as "Ingrid" In Perfect In Weakness, another of Pierre’s plays.

The playwright, whose sole purpose was to take the audience back to a place in their lives where they experienced the joy, pain, triumph, heartbreak and crazy of love, admits that the production has exceeded her expectation.

“The success of Crazy Love was due to the commitment, talent and creativity of
many amazing individuals,” Pierre said on the heels of what is anticipated to be
another record-breaking weekend.

Come see Remardo Russell, who plays Barber and his fellow cast members in the hit play Crazy Love bring the house down again this weekend at the St. John’s College Auditorium.

Pierre, who is humbled by the rave reviews, said she is in awe of the faithful support she has had over the years and reveals that the last four months have truly been one heart-warming and crazy ride.

The production plays out on stage at the Love Boutique.

With the love triangle between Lovie, played by Diane Morgan; Marcus, played by
Brian Roxbury; and Eric, played by Melvin Miller that shows even though your life
has moved on, it doesn’t mean your heart has too, and the emotional tug over war
Diva, who is played by Alexis Pelecanos; has with her late night “boyfriend” Stephan, played by Donavon Munroe and her faithful sidekick Lil Reg, played by Andre Cartwright, proves there’s no telling who you’re going to end up with.

Then there is the feisty Vanessa, played by Shorrell Dames, who has been fighting her feelings and her high expectations for Ian, played Kirk Smith, for years until she meets Samone, played by Ashleigh Sean Rolle. Vanessa encounters her match,
however, in suave talker Keith, played by Matthew Wildgoose.

Kim, played by Erica Weir, and Craig, played by Mark Gardiner, have their own
drama at home, which eventually makes it to the doorstep of the Love Boutique.

Keisha, performed by Kyla Andrews, puts the C in crazy and can’t get enough of
Barber, played by Remardo Russell, who himself suffers from a brief identity crisis,
while Mykala Green, who plays the role of the customer, and Evan Williams as the
Delivery Boy, keeps the laughs coming.

“It was going to be a very popular thing that would last three days and I could go on and do something else. It has not been like that, so it has exceeded my greatest
expectations and I am so happy for them,” Pierre said of her play and cast. “As long as people want to see it, we’re going to make sure they see it.”

Tickets are on sale at The 17th Shop, Collins Avenue and Airbrush Junkies at the
Mall at Marathon.

The Crazy Love cast and crew returns to where it all started for the goodbye show at the Regency Theatre in Grand Bahama on Saturday, June 25 at 8:00 p.m.
