The Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture E. Clement Bethel National Arts Festival adjudication venues and dates in New Providence and Grand Bahama are stated below.

Music and Dance in New Providence will take place at the National Centre for the Performing Arts.

Drama will take place at Holy Trinity Activity Centre, Stapleton Gardens.

The Arts & Crafts Exhibition will be at the National Art Gallery, West Hill Street.

The venue for Grand Bahama’s events is usually Convention Centre at the Grand Lucayan Hotel, Freeport Grand Bahama.

The dates below are specifically for New Providence and Grand Bahama.

Family Island dates are March 30, 2015 through June 2, 2015. All islands will be contacted individually to solidify their dates for adjudications.

NEW PROVIDENCE

Dance Adjudication March 2-6, 2015

Music Adjudication March 16-27, 2015

Drama Adjudication March 16-27, 2015

GRAND BAHAMA

Music Adjudication March 3-13, 2015

Drama Adjudication March 3-13, 2015

Dance Adjudication March 9-11, 2015

Arts & Crafts Official Opening Exhibition – September 15, 2015

Arts & Crafts Adjudications September – October 4, 2015

The closing date for the National Arts Festival for all Dance, Music, & Drama entries is February 13, 2015.

Closing date for Arts & Crafts entries for New Providence & Grand Bahama is the first week of September 2015.

Late entries for Music, Dance & Drama will be received no later than February 18, 2015 for New Providence & Grand Bahama. No person who is not on the schedule on the date of adjudications will be accepted for adjudications in the hall on the said day. Please be advised that this rule will be enforced. All office personnel, please take note of this rule.

Please be advised that late entries will be received ONLY to the 18th of February, no later; there will also be a $10.00 LATE ENTRY FEE ATTACHED TO EACH LATE ENTRY.
