“No Money, No Honey” comes to the Regency Theatre - November 19, 20

Freeport, Bahamas - The Grand Bahama Players’ upcoming production “No Money, No Honey” by Neil Headley is scheduled for November 19th and 20th, 2009 at the Regency Theatre.  All proceeds from this production will be presented to Mr. Headley to assist with his medical expenses.  Mr. Headley has been actively involved in keeping theatre alive in our community having written numerous plays performed by The Grand Bahama Players. He also made significant contributions to the Freeport community as an upstanding citizen before   becoming ill.

The play is a must see production with the signature humour the public has come to expect from the Grand Bahama Players.  The play stars theatre veterans Brion Roxbury, Tawari Rogers, Will Stubbs, Dawn Rolle, Patrona Russell and Remelda Been.  The play also has talented newcomers Melvin Miller, Bianka Brown, Triska Thompson, Tabitha Lord and Andea Been.  The evening also includes excerpts from Neil Headley’s plays performed by Patrice Johnson and Company.

Tickets are available at the Seventeen Shop at a cost of $75.00 for the Gala Night on Thursday, November 19 beginning at 7:00p.m. and $20.00 for regular showing on Friday, November 20th which begins at 8:00p.m.
