Most people feel their life is screwed up in one respect or another but they don't know who is REALLY responsible for their screwed up lives. So many people have questions, a lot of them, but they can't seem to access the answers to these questions. Or they don't know where to look to find them.

Who In The Hell Do You THINK You Are, written by Bahamian Denika Carothers will provide the answers to your questions and help you to understand how to neutralize the negativity in your life by identifying the barriers that are preventing you from living your best possible life right now. As a man thinks in his heart so he is and whatever a man thinks he is, he is absolutely correct. You can become a product of your environment, but at some point when you no longer feel good about who you "think" you are, it's time to make a decision to make some changes.

This book will help you to get out of your own head and understand how your thoughts are contributing to your experiences.  Denika Carothers, Conflict Mediation Consultant, Relationship Coach, Motivational Speaker and Author by profession, is a lover of life and a lover of people. She is passionate about love and truth, and in her 20 year career has been able to see many transformed, empowered and enlightened through what she says is her “calling.”

Who In The Hell Do You THINK You Are will show you how you are 100% participating in creating your reality but more importantly it will show you how to shift your focus to design your life by intention, rather than living your life by default. Perception IS everything so if you don't like the way your life is looking then let this book show you how you can change your viewpoint.

"If you are at a place in life with questions, the book 'Who In The Hell Do You Think You Are?', is for you. This isn't your usual self-help book, this book literally answers the question of, 'how in the hell do I fix this mess?'. As I read, I found myself asking that very question and darn if it wasn't answered! It's a great read with personal life examples from the author. The book is written as if you are having a personal consultation with the author which is kind of scary (in a good way). If you are seeking a new elevation level reading and figuring out 'Who In The Hell You Are?' will definitely ease your journey! This book will not disappoint." Tanya Warner, Houston TX

As a conflict mediation consultant, Denika helps you to identify the barriers in your life that are preventing you from achieving success in those areas in which you experience conflict, whether they be emotional, mental or physical. She helps you to understand your truth in order that you may speak your truth and live your truth. She says that she is the bridge between your questions and the answers and can help you to neutralize the negativity in your life by exposing the source of the barriers that limit you from living and achieving your greatest life.

A native Bahamian, from the island of Grand Bahama, she grew up in the television and recording industry. She is no stranger to the ‘spotlight’ having been involved in music, radio and television from the early age of 15 years by way of her father, Frank Penn's encouragement. When she was 23 years of age, she, along with her sister Kristin, hosted a daily, one hour radio show “Inside Bahamian Music” for 10 years.

At 29 years old Denika hosted a television ministry program “The Happy Hour Experience” along with her father. It was during her talk show hosting experience that she found her purpose and passion to help guide people who found themselves stuck in their story, to a life of enlightenment and empowerment through understanding the “bigger picture” of the experiences life brings our way.

As a single mother, she was divinely led to relocate to Houston Texas in 2005, with two of her children, after Hurricane Jean destroyed her home. She credits this move for being the catalyst through a number of “divine” events, to helping her understand how powerful perception is in creating a person’s reality. Her awareness has enabled her to step fully into her life purpose and mission to ‘Change the World One Thought at a Time’.
She credits her own mother, Anne, who transitioned in Sept 2011,for being the biggest influence of love and light in her life. She purposes to be a vehicle through which the influence of love and light is spread using her mother's example and 1 Corinthians 13:1-8 as a guide post.

Denika presents an inspirational and life changing perspective, which she arrived  at by conquering her own life challenges. She offers a transformational view of how to 'GROW' through it all. Her evolved perception of how we experience the world, and the options we choose to collapse on in each moment, invites listeners and readers to become ever present, aware, conscious and accountable for every experience they encounter, as well as understand the power that they possess to co-create the life they wish to experience.

She sits from the seat of compassion, love and the Highest Truth as she challenges each of us to BE the change we want to see in the world.

There's sooooooo much I would LOVE to share, and I don't want to give up all the details and spiritual gems of the book away. Just know that we are on our own journeys of self-discovery and self-growth. What you get out of 'Who In The Hell Do You Think You Are,' is going to be specifically formatted for what YOU need on YOUR journey. You will definitely finish this book knowing who the hell you are, and fully equipped with living in it! - Mena Love, Houston TX
