The Chamber Institute and the International Labour Organization presents its first power packed Human Resources Mini Symposium, geared directly towards equipping the small and medium sized organization of less than 250 employees with critical Talent Management skills and competencies which impact the company’s bottom line. It provides the foundational principles of Human Resource Management while also arming each participant with the knowledge regarding how to accelerate the potential of each employee. Local and International Human Resource, Sourcing and Recruitment, Learning and Staff Development Executives led by Ms. Leslie Norville M Sc., will be on hand to answer the questions you have and share best practices in the field.

For a member company registration fee of $149.00 and $199.00 non-member company, we invite TWO (2) persons from your company with HR/Management responsibilities to sit, learn, lunch and network. The Symposium will be held Saturday July 23rd, 2011, in the main boardroom of the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce, Collins Ave/Shirley Street beginning at 9am until 3pm. Seating is limited to 15 organizations so register today!
