Re-Align for Productivity; Igniting and Inspiring Your Team toward Shared Success


Overview:
This retreat will illustrate how organizational development and transformation can be creatively and systematically achieved through seven (7) proven principles adopted by companies who are among the leading benchmarks in their sector and industry.

The content:
Will equip leaders to determine the; who, what, when and how of the company’s future outlook (vision), what it will daily seek to do (mission) and the character by which the organization-al culture and the associates will strive to demonstrate and embody (values). The methodology will consist of lectured principles, participant sharing, envisioning exercises and strategic planning.



Target Audience:
Perfect for Executives, Team Leaders and Mid Level Management and Business Owners; any one in business who contributes to the company’s projector path or whose job function includes direct supervision and/or responsibility for a team or division. **We are also appealing to companies who have a vision, mission statement that is more than 5 years old and needs amending as well as companies who do not have any written statements.

Retreat Objectives:
Principles for Re-Alignment and Productivity
• Learn seven (7) igniting and adapting principles that can transform teams and create excitement for the company’s mission, vision and values.

• Understand the significance of a corporate or departmental vision statement, compose a said statement, revise or re-establish existing version

• Empowered with tips on how to use a vision statement to ignite and inspire Associates to commit and produce

• Understand the value of a corporate mission statement, compose said statement, revise or re-establish existing version
 
• Devise strategies to ground and align Associates through the vision and mission statements

• Understand the impact of core values, identify values, revise or re-establish existing values

• Recognize methods to model the company’s brand and philosophy

The Aim:

To cause the leader to re-evaluate, re-define and re-organize how they will do what they aspire to do and be (mission) in order to achieve the desired end results (vision. To heighten awareness on how mission, vision and values can increase productivity and profits and produce fulfilled, committed Associates.
