The Houston based fashion designer and second season winner of the fashion reality show “Project Runway” reportedly married her longtime fiancée Kenneth Pursley in a private beach wedding in the Bahamas.

And after years of designing wedding dresses for brides, Chloe finally got the opportunity to design her own wedding gown. And how did she approach her dress, Dao said “I didn’t want to over think my dress. I thought about my best assets and made a dress that showcased them.”

Brides, a bit of advice you would do well to adapt Chloe’s wedding dress was a “Heidi” made of luxury fabrics of Italian embroidered lace and double-lined the gown with silk charmeuse.  Featuring a classic basic body, above the knee length,  3/4 sleeve and low cleavage.

And how did she feel about her design, “It was the perfect dress for me to make me feel beautiful and classic.”

Brides this so important because as Dao says “Show your best assets and you will always look and feel wonderful inside out.

Dao should know as her reputation for understanding women and their bodies landed her a contract with Dove as their national spokesperson for the “Sleeveless Ready” campaign.

Something else that Dao and Kenneth now know,  that you would be smart to take note of,  and that is,  there is no place like the Bahamas for a private beach wedding ceremony.

And I know when you think of the Bahamas you may think of crowded beached but the Bahamas has more secluded beaches than all the other islands in the Caribbean combined compliment of beaches.
