Should we incorporate a system recall for MPs who does not perform effectively and how can we recall an absentee member of Parliament?

In Part 3  the FNM candidate for Marco City quotes Frederick Douglass  who In 1857 said; "Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will." In order to return power back to the people Pintard states that there ought to be term limits and appointees should be qualified and not political cronies. You will definitely want to watch this 3 part of this 4 part informative series on returning power back to the people.

In Part 4 Michael Pintard proclaims that sometimes people have to take back the power and one way to do it is to get involved and be engaged. Stating that more than 65% of every dollar earned in this country is spent on salaries and personal emoluments. Pintard states that this is because we have allowed successive governments to hire beyond an acceptable level. So the government is left with 35 cents of every dollar it has to fund all government programs...
