FNM attracts civic leader, Reuben Rahming

The Free National Movement is pleased to accept
the application of Reuben L. Rahming, as a member in good standing.
"Mr. Rahming's contributions to the
religious and civic society along with his tenure in hospitality is welcomed
and adds to the diversity of our party as we steadily build an even stronger
Free National Movement," said FNM Chairman, Michael Pintard.
Mr. Rahming is a student of religion and
philosophy holding a Bachelor's Degree in Christian Education & Pastoral
Ministry from Baptist Christian College and an Honorary Doctorate of Philosophy
from Universal Bible College.
Apart from Mr. Rahming's educational pursuits, he
was ordained a Minister of the Gospel on March 26, 1994 in Shreveport,
Louisiana. Moreover, he has served over
18 years as a leader of the community
policing initiatives in the Fox Hill area and Northeastern Distrcts of New
Providence. He is also a 2008 & 2009 Cacique Awards Finalists and former
trainer of the Bahama Host Program. Mr. Rahming is the President of the Kiwanis
Club of Fox Hill East Nassau. He recently was confirmed as the host of
"Silver Linings" a weekly talk show on Guardian Radio 96.9fm.
Mr. Rahming admonishes, "My life's focus is
developing programs that combine education with application as a growth
formula." He went on to state at the time of his application, "The
country is at a crossroad where its current leadership are out of touch with
the common man. I have decided to join the Free National Movement because it
believes in servant leadership."
