Nassau, The Bahamas - The 23rd Annual International Cultural, Wine & Food Festival (ICWFF) was held at the Botanical Gardens over the weekend and was well-attended.  At official ceremonies, Minister of Education, the Hon. Jeff Lloyd addressed the audience and recognized persons who have innovated and made the festival the success it is today.  Two of those persons are the Rt. Hon. Janet Bostwick, CB, and the late James Catalyn.  Minister Lloyd is pictured conducting ceremonies with the assistance of festival organizer and CEO of the Tourism Development Corporation Janet Johnson.  Members of the diplomatic community and representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are pictured with Minister Lloyd on the dais.   (BIS Photos/Derek Smith)
