The Bahamas’ advance team to the 29th Inter-Sessional Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) arrived in the Republic of Haiti on Thursday, February 22, 2018. The meeting, scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, in Port-au-Prince, will comprise high-level consultations leading up to the main CARICOM assembly. The full delegation, led by Prime Minister, Dr. the Hon. Hubert Minnis, is expected to arrive Saturday.
