NASSAU, The Bahamas -- Prime Minister the Most Hon. Dr. Hubert Minnis arrived in St. Lucia today for the 40th Regular Meeting of Heads of Government of CARICOM: the Prime Minister and Mrs. Patricia Minnis are pictured being met at the airport upon arrival. Prime Minister Minnis leads a delegation that includes Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Hon. Darren Henfield; Minister of Tourism & Aviation, the Hon.
