Nassau, The Bahamas - Minister of National Security the Hon. Dr. Bernard J. Nottage was the keynote speaker at the Trainee Correctional Officers Squad 2016 Passing Out Parade held on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at The Bahamas Department of Correctional Services, Fox Hill Road.  Best Female Recruit was Theanicka Lightbourne, who is pictured being congratulated by Minister Nottage and Minister of Social Services and Community Development the Hon.
