NASSAU, The Bahamas -- Her Excellency Dame Marguerite Pindling, Governor-General, presented His Excellency Tony S. Joudi with Instruments of Appointment as Non-Resident Ambassador of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas to the State of Qatar and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) at Government House, September 12, 2016.  Prime Minister and Minister of Finance the Rt.
