PINDER’S POINT, Grand Bahama – The Public Education Committee of the Constitutional Commission, headed by Justice Ruby Nottage (retired), along with Theresa Moxey-Ingraham, held a town meeting Monday evening at the Upper Zion Baptist Church, Pinder's Point, Grand Bahama.  The town meeting was held to educate the community at large, and have questions and answers, on the proposed bill amendments of the Constitutional Referendum.   Pictured is Mrs. Theresa Moxey-Ingraham addressing the large crowd with, left to right: Rev.
