The Cabinet Office announces for general information that the headquarters building of the Ministry of Health on the corner of Meeting and Augusta Streets will be deep cleaned and sanitized tomorrow, Saturday 26th September 2020.
It was discovered that a member of staff tested positive for COVID-19 but has not been into work since Thursday 17th September 2020.
The Surveillance Unit has initiated contact tracing to determine the level of exposure to all employees, and all other protocols are being followed.
Out of an abundance of caution, the sanitization process will be executed and completed on 26th September 2020, so that operations can resume as usual on Monday 28th September 2020.
