The Ministry of Health advises that effective immediately the 511 number is discontinued, and the Virtual Call Centre deactivated.
COVID-19 related question and concerns can be directed to 502-7382 from 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. from Monday to Friday.
The Ministry wishes to thank the nurses and doctors who worked tirelessly at the Virtual Call Centre to assist the Bahamian public to receive the needed help required during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
