NASSAU, The Bahamas - Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture the Hon. Dr. Daniel Johnson speaks at the opening of the annual E. Clement Bethel National Arts Festival visual arts exhibition, September 30, at the National Art Gallery of the Bahamas (NAGB), where he also officially opened the 2015/16 E. Clement National Arts Festival, which features visual arts, music, dance, and drama performances throughout the island chain of The Bahamas.
