From:TheBahamasWeekly.com Bahamas Information Services Updates In exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Emergency Powers (Covid 19) Regulations, 2020, I HEREBY make the following Order for every island and cay in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas -
1. Citation. This Order, which amends the Emergency Powers (Covid 19) (No. 3) Order, 2020 (S.I. No. 64 of 2020), may be cited as the Emergency Powers (Covid 19)(No. 3) (Amendment) Order, 2020.2. Amendment of order 7 of the principal Order. Order 7 of the principal Order is amended in paragraph (2)- (a) in subparagraph (l), by the deletion of the second appearance of the word "and"; (b) in subparagraph (m), by the deletion of the full stop and the substitution of the words "; and"; and (c) by the insertion immediately after subparagraph (m) of the following subparagraph (n) - "(n) the Sandilands Rehabilitation Centre.". 3. Amendment of First Schedule to the principal Order. The First Schedule of the principal Order is amended - (a) in Part A- (i) by the repeal and replacement of item 6 as follows - "(6) Pharmacies from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m."; (ii) by the repeal and replacement of item 27 as follows - "(27) Law firms, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1 :00 p.m. "; (iii) by the insertion immediately after item 27 of the following new item- "(27A) Justices of the Peace, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 1 :00 p.m." ...see attached to continue
