Fred Mitchell Signs Book of Condolences to Arthur Robinson

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Fred Mitchell, Bahamas Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration, is pictured at the Trinidad and Tobago Embassy, 1708 Massachusetts Ave., N.W., on Thursday, April 10, signing the Book of Condolences to Arthur Robinson, the former President of Trinidad and Tobago, who died recently at the age of 87.

At right is His Excellency Dr. Neil Parsan, Trinidad and Tobago’s Ambassador to the United States.  Mr. Mitchell was in Washington for a series of meetings at the U.S. State Department and with Members of Congress who serve on committees with oversight on matters of special interest to The Bahamas and the Caribbean Community (CARICOM). Below, Mr. Mitchell is pictured with Ambassador Parsan.
