Help Desks at COVID-19 Vaccination Centers to assist with second dose appointments
By National COVID-19 Vaccine Consultative Committee
May 14, 2021 - 2:07:23 PM

A Help Desk has been set up at each Vaccination Center to assist persons having difficulty making an appointment to receive the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine through vax.gov.bs.

However, before visiting a Vaccination Center you should try the following steps to attempt to correct the issue.

1.    Try entering another phone number: Enter another cell phone number you may have or your home phone or landline number.
2.    Check your email: If you entered a landline number, the One Time Passcode (OTP) needed to make the appointment will be sent to your email address.
3.    Ensure phone number or email is the same used to book the first appointment: If someone else booked the appointment for your first dose using their phone number or email, they will also need to book the appointment for your second dose.

If none of the above options work, please return to the Vaccination Center where you received the first dose and visit the Help Desk.

At the Help Desk, your information will be updated, and you will be able to make an appointment for the following day. Please remember to bring your Yellow Vaccination Card to the Vaccination Center.
