Pathfinders Task Force, supported by The Eagles’ Wings Foundation, began a critical infrastructure survey based on the SWEAT-MS Assessment (Sewer, Water, Electricity, Academics, Transportation, Medical, and Security) as part of the initial damage assessment following Hurricane Irene.
