Bahamas -- Marguerite Lady Pindling presents a copy of her book,
“Marguerite Pindling: A Biography” to Governor General His
Excellency Arthur D Hanna at Government House, Wednesday, March 10, 2010.
Lady Pindling married the late Hon Sir Lynden Oscar Pindling in 1956. Sir Pindling was regarded as the "Father of the Nation" having led The Bahamas first to
Majority Rule on January 10th, 1967 and then to Independence on 10th
July, 1973.
