ROME, Italy - Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Public Service the Hon. Fred Mitchell, led a delegation to the 10th Italy - Latin America and the Caribbean Conference, under the theme "People, Planet, Prosperity. The future of an age-old partnership", at the Hotel Cavalieri, in Rome, Italy. The conference will be held on the 25th - 26th October, 2021. Minister Mitchell will bring remarks during a panel discussion on 'Planet- Starting anew from the sea and climate: coastal and port towns at the heart of the recovery'.
