Ministry of Environment's Forestry Week Team Visits Grand Bahama

As a part of the activities to celebrate Forestry Week, Christopher Russell, Director, Ministry of the Environment and Housing, with responsibility for Forestry Awareness, visited Grand Bahama on Thursday, March 23.  Among the activities for the week have been a Proclamation by the Prime Minister of The Bahamas, the Rt. Hon. Perry Christie; panel discussions with high school students to educate them on Forestry and a Town Meeting held on Thursday evening at East End. Shown from left are: A.
