The Hon. Fred Mitchell, Bahamas Foreign Minister is today in Guyana representing The Bahamas at the 50th anniversary of that country's independence. Mr. Mitchell is the envoy of the Prime Minister and is conveying a special message to the President of Guyana from the Prime Minister.
