NEMA Church Service starts Month of Activities

Nassau, The Bahamas -- The National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, has as its theme, “Be Prepared Bahamas” for the 2019 Atlantic Hurricane Season. NEMA kicked off a month of activities worshiping at Faith United Missionary Baptist Church, Faith United Way on Sunday, June 2, 2019. Pictured among some NEMA committee members in front row are Captain Stephen Russell, Director, NEMA; Rev. Dr. William Thompson, pastor, Faith United Missionary Baptist Church; Mrs. Betty Thompson; and Minister of State for Legal Affairs the Hon. Elsworth Johnson, who represented the Prime Minister and brought remarks during the service.
