Luke Bethel makes his
presentation during the first day of the Southern Bahamas Disaster Conference
hosted by t
he National Emergency
Management Agency, NEMA, in collaboration with the United States Embassy,
the Pacific Disaster Centre, and the United States Northern Command
, at the Sheraton Cable Beach
Resort on Tuesday February 14. The three-day conference was officially
opened by Minister of State for Lands and Local Government the Hon.
Byran Woodside.
