New Opposition Leader receives instrument of appointment

Nassau, Bahamas - Governor General Sir Arthur Foulkes presents Killarney MP Dr. Hubert Minnis with his instrument of appointment as the Leader of Her Majesty's Loyal Opposition, May 10th, 2012 at Government House.

Dr. Minnis is the new leader of the Free National Movement party.
