Freeport, Grand Bahama - Lead piece under the theme “Indians, the Great Gathering” the New Life Classic Dancers were the first group on the route during Grand Bahama’s New Year’s Day Junkanoo Parade, held downtown Freeport on Monday, January 2, 2017.

RIDING THE DOLPHINS – All Dolphin fans were thrilled by a large piece depicting Dolphin players riding dolphins, by the Super Star Rockers Junkanoo group. It was along their “National Football League” theme. Off-the-Shoulder dancers carried pieces featuring various teams of the NFL, in spectacular colour. (BIS Photo/Vandyke Hepburn)
