Passport Officers Meet Foreign Affairs Minister Darren Henfield

Among the challenges facing the Passport Office is timely collection of new electronic passports already processed. Mr. Russell noted that a physical list of passports awaiting collection is published and posted outside the Passport Office for easy public access, in addition to simply calling the Passport Office 'hotline' at 323-8591.
