Freeport, Grand Bahama -- Prime Minister Dr. the Hon. Hubert Minnis and Mrs. Patricia Minnis attended the Aliv HOPE Gala Ball on Saturday at the Grand Ballroom, Our Lucaya.  The Grand Bahama HOPE Society, organizer of the event, creates initiatives to give awareness, information and support to those diagnosed with cancer, and to celebrate cancer survivors.  Prime Minister Minnis is pictured with Mrs. Minnis, right, and President of the Senate the Hon.
