Public Service Week and Retirees Recognized in Grand Bahama

Freeport, Grand Bahama - The 15th Annual Public Service Week & Recognition of Retirees 2014 events got started Sunday, September 28, in Grand Bahama with a Service of Thanksgiving at the Pro Cathedral of Christ the King, and an Appreciation Luncheon under the patronage of Minister of Labour & National Insurance and Minister of the Public Service the Hon. Shane Gibson.

Minister for Grand Bahama the Hon. Dr. Michael Darville brought remarks, and introduced Minister Gibson who brought words of gratitude and best wishes from his ministry. Public Service Week Celebrations, October 14-26, are under the theme ‘Charting the Course, Serving the Nation, and Securing the Future.’
