Nassau, The Bahamas - Sir Michael Barber (centre), Head of the first Delivery Unit developed under the Blair Administration of the United Kingdom, and current leading global advisor on Delivery Management and Centre of Government Approach, is pictured at a recent courtesy call on Prime Minister Dr. the Hon. Hubert Minnis (right) at the Office of the Prime Minister.  At left is Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, the Hon. Peter Turnquest.  Sir Michael led seminars for Parliamentarians, senior public servants, and private sector stakeholders on 'Strengthening the Delivery of Public Services Using a Centre of Government Approach,’  September 18 to 20, 2017 at the British Colonial Hilton.
