Nassau, The Bahamas - Minister of Social Services and Urban Development, the Hon. Frankie Campbell (standing, second left) presented a $5,000 cheque to Mr. Philip Smith, executive director of the Bahamas Feeding Network, on Monday December 17, 2018 at the Ministry of Social Services and Urban Development to assist with the work being done at the Feeding Network.  Minister Campbell said the presentation came after he went to the Feeding Network recently and assisted with the dishing up and passing out of food to needy persons. He said the reality is that "no man is an island," and even the government needs partners in creating a better Bahamas for everyone.  The experience brought him to give assistance in this way.  He dubbed the presentation '5,000 for 5,000.'  Also pictured are Sherrylee Smith, permanent secretary, and Kellen Russell, acting deputy director, Urban Renewal, in the Ministry of Social Services and Urban Development.  (BIS Photos/Raymond A.
