Speaker of the House of Assembly addresses school students in Grand Bahama

Freeport, Grand Bahama - During a special assembly at Tabernacle Baptist Christian Academy, Speaker of the House of Assembly, the Hon. Halson Moultrie, addressed the students on their theme, “Respect Yourself, Others and Country.” Mr. Moultrie was also at the Grand Bahama Secondary School Athletic Association’s 25th Tip-Off Basketball Classic Opening held at St. George’s High School Gym. Also present for the assembly was Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Works and Member of Parliament for Central Grand Bahama, Iram Lewis. Mr. Moultrie, giving the youngsters the treat of being able to see him fully regaled in his wig and robe, stopped after the assembly to chat with some of the students. (BIS Photos/Lisa Davis)
