EMERGENCY POWERS (COVID 19) REGULATIONS, 2020
EMERGENCY POWERS (COVID 19) (NO. 2)
(AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER, 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Emergency Powers (Covid 19) Regulations, 2020, I HEREBY make the following Order-

1.    Citation.
This Order which amends Emergency Powers (Covid 19) (No. 2) Order, 2020 may be cited as the Emergency Powers (Covid 19) (No.2) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 2020.
2.    Amendment of Order 7 of 5.1. No. 27 of 2020.

Subparagraph (l)(d) of Order 7 of the Emergency Powers (Covid 19) (No. 2) Order, 2020 is amended by the insertion immediately after the words "9:00
p.    m.," of the words "provided that the exercise is conducted in one's yard or one's immediate neighbourhood and no person shall drive to any place to exercise,".

Exempted businesses and undertakings No.2

Pursuant to Order 5 (1) (m) of the Emergency Powers (Covid 19)(No. 2) Order, 2020 I HEREBY exempt the following businesses from the provisions of Order 5-

construction companies carrying on hurricane relief, reconstruction and restoration efforts in Ragged Island and its Cays.

Where possible, only essential workers necessary for the performance of the core functions of the businesses mentioned above are to be utilized, while adhering at all times to physical distancing requirements specified in the Order.
