NASSAU, The Bahamas -- The 14th Company of Boys' Brigade celebrated the 60th Anniversary of Captain Fernley Palmer, MBE, JP in a church service at Zion Baptist Church, East and Shirley Streets, on Sunday, November 4, 2018.
