The
Ministry of Public Works advises motorists of the following traffic diversions
and road closures:

Motorists
should note that the paving of the northern section of Abundant Life Road (near
to Chelsea’s Choice) was delayed due to rain. The new date for paving will be
announced in a future update.

On
Saturday
February 11th there will be a one day closure on Robinson
Road from Fifth Street to East Street including the Robinson Road/East Street
junction to facilitate laying of the final layer of asphalt. Motorists should
follow posted diversion signs.

On Sunday
February 12th there will be a one
day closure on Robinson Road from Claridge Road to just east of the Mall at
Marathon light junction to facilitate laying of the final layer of asphalt.
Motorists should follow posted diversion signs.

The
Ministry also advises that there will be a night time closure on the
Independence Roundabout February 15th beginning at 9 pm to facilitate laying
of the final layer of asphalt. It is anticipated that the roundabout will
reopened before morning peak hour traffic the following day.
As
usual, local access to businesses and residents will be granted in all areas of
work.
Motorists
are asked to adhere to the post traffic signs in construction areas.
