The Bahamas – Winners of the Gold Award of the Governor General Youth Awards
Programme, received their gold awards – pins and certificates -- from Her
Excellency Dame Marguerite Pindling, Governor General at a Gold Award
Presentation Ceremony at the Annual General Meeting in the Ballroom of
Government House, March 21, 2015.
During
the Annual General Meeting, Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture the Hon. Dr.
Daniel Johnson, and Former Governor General and Chairman of the Governor
General Youth Awards Board of Trustees Sir Orville Turnquest addressed the
assembly. Director of Youth in the
Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture Darren Turnquest congratulated the
winners during the awards presentation.
