(Video) Caribbean Chefs Cooking for a Cause in Manhattan

Manhattan, NYC -  "Reserved NYC" an event that showcases the talent of top Caribbean chefs, was first held in 2012 and again on August 7th.

Four chefs representing the islands of St. Lucia, Jamaica and the Bahamas gave guests a culinary experience and helped raise money for two nonprofits, as Melissa Noel reports in this video.

Chef Tim Tibbitts of Flying Fish Modern Seafood in Freeport, Grand Bahama is featured in this video by Voices of NY.
