Rahming hosts CARICOM Caucus Meeting

NEW YORK - H.E. Dr. Elliston Rahming, Bahamas Ambassador to the United Nations and the Organization of American States (OAS), in his capacity as the Chair of the UN CARICOM Caucus for the months of November and December, presided over the Caucus' regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, November 22, 2016.  Several issues were considered by the Caucus, including improving the working methods of the group and upcoming meetings with the newly appointed President of the General Assembly and UN Secretary-General. The Caucus also commemorated the work of H.E. Menissa Rambally, outgoing Permanent Representative of St. Lucia to the United Nations. Seated left to right: Dr.  Rahming; H.E.
