Freeport, Grand Bahama - August 18, 2018 Hundreds of students and their parents attended the third Annual Marco Back to School give away and fun day at the Jack Hayward High gymnasium. The free community event was hosted by Marco City MP Michael C. Pintard and the Marco City Association along with an enthusiastic team of volunteers. Attendees were treated to hamburgers and hotdogs, cotton candy, sno cones, popcorn and soft drinks while enjoying DJ music, bouncing castles, face painting, games  and prizes and most importantly, students received school bags and supplies. Minister Pintard said of the event, "We value the fact that the investment in education will in fact pay dividends not just for Grand Bahama, but really for the Commonwealth of The Bahamas."  He further went on to thank volunteers, sponsors and the Marco City Association.
