Nassau, Bahamas - As Sandilands Rehabilitation Centre (SRC) gears up for a major fair and raffle later this year, Auto H&L ltd. has stepped up early as a major contributor towards its efforts to improve the level of care given to those who utilize the centre’s services.

Betsy Duvalier and Christopher Strachan of SRC’s Communications Department worked closely with Auto H&L’s manager, Kendra Stubbs to secure the raffle’s top prize, a well-appointed 6-seater Honda Stream, sure to be a treat for the winner.

Sandilands Rehabilitation Centre is proud to partner with Auto H&L, a premier business of the Bahamas, as they consider this a grand opportunity to share in a project that will encourage persons to support mental health and their clients,” said Ms. Duvalier.

Auto H&L, The Bahamas’ leading used car dealership, is used giving back to the community it serves. For over 15 years, the company has opened its doors to assist the community with affordable vehicles as well as small loans.

“The staff and CEO of this great company has once again stretched its generosity to the public by donating a car (Honda Stream) to the Sandilands Rehabilitation Centre’s Fair & Raffle in their combined efforts to raise awareness and support for Mental Health Rehabilitation in The Bahamas,” said Mrs. Stubbs.

“This grand fair is to be hosted on Saturday, September 28, 2019, and is planned to be a major social therapeutic and fundraising project for the SRC family and the community at large. It gives us great pleasure to assist.”

Prior to the SRC Fair & Raffle, the centre will host a Push-a-Thon at the end of this month.
