BMC Donates Books to TG Glover Primary School

Nassau, Bahamas - As part of the celebration of its 30th year of service to the Bahamian people and in continuation of its commitment to maintaining its image as a responsible corporate citizen, the Bahamas Mortgage Corporation (BMC) donated a selection of books to the T. G. Glover Primary School to assist with the equipping of their library.  Included in the selections were level reading books, big books, learning aids, educational wall charts and books written by Bahamians.  The presentation was made this morning at the school's assembly by Sen. Hon. Alex Storr, Chairman of BMC accompanied by Managing Director, Mrs. Sandra King-Storr and other representatives of BMC.  While there, Sen. Storr gave brief remarks to the students gathered encouraging them to value their education.  

The Bahamas Mortgage Corporation recognizes the importance of literacy as part of a sound education and are proud that we could assist T. G. Glover in this manner.
