After being officially sashed by national director, Mrs. Willamae Deveaux  last year Celeste Marshall is gearing up to rep the 242 at the 2015 Top Model of the World event to be held in El Gouna, Egypt from

The Bahamas Weekly caught up with the busy 22 year old 5’11" Nassau-born beauty to ask a few question about  her upcoming travel:

TBW: How do you feel about representing your country?

Representing my country is something I am always filled with gratitude and excitement to do. Not many are afforded the opportunity to do so on such a great platform, I will always be grateful and accepting to the chance to represent My Bahamas.  As an Ambassador to My Country I sit as a liaise of understanding and a branch for the country. I love it.

TBW: How do you feel about traveling to Egypt?

Words can't express how excited I am about traveling to Egypt. It is almost surreal to me. Egypt is such an exotic and frequently spoken about place that sometimes you can't imagine yourself there. I can't wait for my arrival to experience all the great things.

TBW: What do you hope to gain through the experience?

My biggest expectation and gain would be to spread the word of The Bahamas' rich culture and learn of the equally as rich culture of Egypt. I am looking forward to once again meeting ladies from every part of the world possible and forging new relationships and friendships. I am elated about the idea of embracing new sisters in one common goal, that of furthering a passion and career.

TBW: Are there any persons you wish to acknowledge or thank?

Firstly I want to thank Mrs Deveaux for believing in me, and I sit humbled by the gratitude of many that have supported me over the years. I will begin with the fans that have always been a part of my journey. Many are unaware of the importance of a one click vote or the time it takes to vote, but I am truly grateful to them all.

To my many sponsors, Bahamas Welding and fire, Bahamas Masqueraders, Perfectone, Fresh Entertainment Bahamas, UBCTV Network, Bahamian or Nuttin', Bahamas Weekly, DSLifystyles, Flawless FX and DI Radiocast I have an unwavering love and thanks to all of your graciousness very and all time.

To the BEST media guru I could ever find anywhere, Africa Allah of DImpressions DIRadiocast, my arms are stretched as far as my eyes can see. I love her and would never be able to thank her enough.

Lastly, my family and friends. I could not say thank you enough to the many of you. The countless calls and words of encouragement and the love I would never be able to replace.

To my parents Marcus and Lavette Marshall. Tears always fill my eyes when they are mentioned or my mind turns to them. I could and would not be able to do anything without their love and support. Through Gods Grace and Mercy all of us together as the whole unit that make us who we are, We Will Always Succeed.
