Deputy Prime Minister and MP for Cat Island Hon. Philip Brave Davis on the passing of Dr. Myles Munroe and eight souls who perished in a plane crash on Sunday.

STATEMENT:

Ann and I are moved and deeply saddened following news of the tragic loss in Grand Bahama of nine souls including Rev. Dr. Myles Munroe, his wife, Ruth, Pastor Richard Pinder, along with seven souls who also perished.

Dr. Myles was a Kingdom Citizen who shared the message of Christ around the world. He was an ambassador to the nations, an example of Christian principals and a voice of consciousness across the globe.

In his earlier days Dr. Myles joined a group called the “Visioneers” singing a song of creating a brand new world. He fulfilled that vision connecting leaders across continents through his ministry.

His sudden passing has left a void in all our lives, while his life and witness to mankind reassures us through his messages of hope, faith, and true Christian charity.

I join the global community in paying tribute to all the victims and offer prayers to the families, particularly the extended BFM Church family.
